How to install self-cut bottom mechanical anchor?
1. Use ordinary impact dril mounted on the coresponding diameter of the drl, acording to the anchor size. When drling, the depth should be based on thespecific type and specification of the anchor bolt the verticality, buried plate aperture and the maximum clearance are reffered to the specificationJGJ145-2013;

2. Use the pneumatic pump to clean the hole, and the hole must be cleaned

3. a Preset type: before instalation,tighten each part of the anchor bolt and ensure that each part of the anchor bolt s not loose, and the lock key is notopen. Then use a hammer to hit the special tool (instalation tool,and push the anchor bolt into the hole untl the end surface of the casing is flush with theplane of the concrete base material.b Penetraton type: before instalation, tighten eachlpart of the anchor bolt and ensure that each part of the anchor boltis not loose, and the lock key isopen. Then use a hammer to hit the special tool (instalation tool),and push the anchor bot into the hole until the distance between the end surface ofthecasing and the concrete base surtace is equal to the thickness of the buried plate.

4. Apply toroue to the nut with torque wrench to the given toroue (the range of toroue wrench depends on the type of anchor bolt), and test the desian valueof anchor bot with puler; after the design value is reached,the subseguent construction (5000 sets a group,6 sets/group. And it wil be calculated as 5000sets, when it is less than 5000)

5. Loose the nut on the anchor bolt, and instal the buried plate and fix it, And then use a torsion wrench to tighten it.Note: fit is diicult to push the anchor bolt into the hole, you can knock the nut with the instalation too before loosening the nut and push the anchor boliinto the required depth.
