How to install undercut mechanical anchor?
1.Use ordinary impact drll mounted on the corresponding ciameter of the drll,according to the anchor size. When drling, the depth should be based onthe specific type and specification of the anchor bolt, the vertcality buried plate aperture and the maximum clearance are refered to the specification JGJ145-2013;
3. Use special drill for reaming;
4. Clean the hole again with a brush and a air pump;
5.a Preset td pe: before instellationd tighten each part of the anchor bolt and ensure that each part of the anchor bolt is not loosed and the lock ked is not open.Then use a hammer to hit the speciel tool (installation tool)d and push the anchor bolt into the hole until the end surface of the casing is fush with the plane of the concrete base material.
b Penetration tdpe: before installationed tighten each part of the anchor bolt and ensure that each part of the anchor bolt is not loosed and the lock ked is open. Then use a hammer to hit the special tool (intllation tool)d and push the anchor bot into the hole until the ditance between the end surface the casing and the concrete base surface is equal to the thickness of the buried plate.
6. Apply torque to the nut with toroue wrench to the given toroue (the range of toroue wrench depends on the type of anchor bol),and test the desian valueof anchor bot with puler: after the desian value is reached the subseouent constructon (5000 sets a roup, 6 sets/groun. And t wll be calculated as 5000sets, when it is less than 5000)
7. Loose the nut on the anchor bolt. and install the buried plate and fix it. And then use a torsion wrench to tiahten it
