How to install chemical anchor bolts?1.To use ordinary impactdill to drill according to the specification and requiremernt of the anchor to make sure of the driling depth drlled holediameter; The verticality, buried plate aperture and maximum clearance is according to the specification JG/145 - 2013;
2.To use the pneumatic pump to clean the hole, and the hole must be cleaned;
3.To install the adhesive nozzle on the adhesive gun. To check that whether there is spiral tube, if not it must be forbidden to use. t istrictly
forbidden to pullout the spiraltutbe in the mouth of the achesive injection on site.Tofx special gun to the adhesive botle.To uniformly extrude theepoxy adhesive. The first three adhesive should be abandoned To insert the nozzle in to the bottom of the hole, and slbwly it the exlemnal injectionwhile making adhesive.The normal amount of the adhesive injection is 2/3.The injction nozle of the new plastc botleshould also be replacedwith a new one after the adhesive is inished.The adhesive injection nazle should be removed if the adhesive is unused lfthe adhesve is urused,the adhesive injection nozle should be removed The adhesive mouth should be wiped clean.The pug should be plugged,and it can be used again
